This is a full-time position. * **Assistant UPK Teacher:** This role supports the Universal Pre-K classroom. The Assistant UPK Teacher works collaboratively with the Lead UPK Teacher to implement curriculum, maintain classroom routines, and ensure a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, coursework in Early Childhood Education (preferred), experience working with preschool or pre-kindergarten aged children, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). This is a full-time position. * **Lead Toddler Teacher:** This role is responsible for creating a safe, stimulating classroom environment for toddlers. This role includes implementing TLE’s proprietary curriculum, mentoring assistant teachers, and building strong relationships with families. The Lead Toddler Teacher must have either an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education OR a CDA Credential for Infant/Toddlers and at least 2 years of experience working with toddlers. This is a full-time position. All three positions require on-site presence. 1. **What qualifications are required for the Assistant Toddler Teacher position?** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Coursework in Early Childhood Education, CDA (in progress or completed), or prior toddler classroom experience is preferred.
