Desired qualifications include at least 2+ years of experience in a management and/or supervisory role within the leisure sector, strong organizational and communication skills. * **Chief Accountant:** The Chief Accountant, an on-site position, will oversee all hotel accounting functions. This role involves managing the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial analysis. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for financial operations, internal controls, compliance, communication, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, sound knowledge of hotel applications (SUN; Opera; Micros; FMC is mandatory), MS Excel skills, and a professional accounting certification is preferred. A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry, is required.
