The Crossroads Center is seeking qualified professionals to fill three on-site positions: * **Director of Development:** This role involves implementing the organization's resource development strategy. The Director of Development will oversee donors and stakeholders to enhance financial support and involvement with TCC. Key responsibilities include developing annual plans, building an infrastructure to manage resource development information, cultivating relationships, and developing materials for external audiences. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a Certified Fundraising Executive; CFRE would be preferred, at least three years of experience in development with experience in donor engagement, and a proven track record of securing significant gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. * **MAP Care Coordinator:** The MAP Care Coordinator will provide essential case management services for women in Ohio facing substance use challenges, many of whom are pregnant or living with persistent mental health conditions. The working hours are 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Responsibilities include providing clinical therapeutic and case management services for adults with psychiatric disabilities and ensuring access to local resources. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred, CDCA Certification in the State of Ohio and a valid Ohio Driver’s License. * **Certified Nurse Practitioner:** The Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide high-quality, integrated medical and psychiatric care to individuals receiving residential and outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services. Essential duties include conducting comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders, and prescribing and managing medications. Required qualifications include an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, prescriptive authority and DEA registration, and a minimum of 2 years clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, primary care, or a related field.
