The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and proven experience in cloud infrastructure and self-service portal development. This is a hybrid position. * **Customer Care Specialist (CoE Value):** This role involves supporting residential and small business customers with complex administrative or commercial inquiries via telephone. The Specialist identifies needs and opportunities, suggesting products or services. This role requires strong communication skills and a commercial mindset. This hybrid position will be based in Mechelen, with up to three days of remote work per week after the first three months of full-time on-site work. The starting date is June 1, 2026. The roles utilize the following technologies: Business Analysis, SQL, Excel, Cloud Infrastructure, and Customer Care. Additional skills include problem-solving, analytical skills, financial reporting, data quality, reporting processes, stakeholder management, communication skills, roadmap development, and customer-centric solutions. The Business Analyst - EPM, Solution Engineer, and Customer Care Specialist (CoE Value) roles are hybrid, with a combination of remote and on-site work.
