Working in the Cloud Platform Solution Team
As a Solution engineer you will join the Telenet Cloud Platform Solution Team within our Cloud Infrastructure department and together with your peers extend our IT infrastructure. As the key driving force behind this initiative, you will define and implement the future roadmap, ensuring that the portal evolves into an intuitive, efficient, and scalable self-service platform for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and the ability to align technical possibilities with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute key development initiatives. Ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency. You’ll be part of a team that is constantly working on a wide scope of implementations using a diverse pallet of different technologies.

Your tasks as our Solution Engineer

• Steering & visionary role: Act as the driving force behind the portal, inspiring the team to enhance and optimize the platform’s functionality and value.
• Roadmap development: Identify potential improvements, set priorities, and set up a clear action plan for the development team.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate features, and align development efforts with customer requirements.
• Self-Service evolution: Drive the portal’s transformation into a comprehensive self-service platform, improving automation, accessibility, and ease of use.
• Infrastructure expertise: Leverage your knowledge of cloud infrastructure to ensure the portal meets scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Team coordination: Lead and guide the team in implementing key initiatives, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met effectively.

Your profile as our Solution Engineer
You’re passionate about technology and have a strong foundation and interest in IT. You combine strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate technical requirements into business value.

• Bachelor of master’s degree 
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and self-service portal development.
• Track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
• Ability to define roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives effectively.
• Experience in product ownership, technical leadership, or program management is a plus.
• Passion for creating customer-centric solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
• You have strong knowledge of English, written and verbally
