The successful candidate will also be expected to travel for meetings and training. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 1+ year(s) of experience in the medical field. 2. **Referral Specialist:** This on-site position focuses on processing referral requests initiated by medical providers. Key responsibilities include tracking and documenting referrals, assembling patient clinical information, ensuring timely referral processing, reviewing details with patients, and providing monthly reports. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Previous medical clerical experience is preferred, and bilingual ability in Spanish/English or Marshallese/English is a plus. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. 3. **Bilingual Medical Assistant- (English / Spanish):** Seeking a Medical Assistant for the Siloam Springs Medical Clinic. The Medical Assistant assists in patient care under the direction of the clinicians and Clinic Nurses, assisting in providing excellent primary health care to our patients. The position is full-time, Monday - Thursday range between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM with Occasional evening and Saturday. CMA or RMA certification is required. Responsibilities include maintaining patient flow, obtaining vital signs, measurements, laboratory tests, obtaining chief complaint, administering medications via injection, maintaining exam room supplies and cleanliness, assisting in procedures and examinations, and translating communication. CMA or RMA certification is required. The schedule is Monday - Thursday range between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
