The analyst will also lead integration efforts. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and three years of experience in a Systems Analyst position supporting Workday Financials. * **Front Desk Coordinator I (Woodard Orthodontics):** This on-site position requires greeting customers, performing administrative duties, welcoming visitors, answering and screening calls, checking in patients, verifying insurance, making appointments, and coordinating payments. Prerequisites include a High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of administrative experience (preferred), and bilingual skills (a plus). * **Clinic Manager:** This on-site position oversees clinic operations, manages people, drives growth, profitability, and patient experience. The Clinic Manager also builds relationships within the local dental community and participates in local marketing efforts. Internal candidates need two years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or an affiliated practice. External candidates need two years of supervisory experience. Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred. Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and time management skills are required. * **Orthodontic Clinician (Iverson & Wahab Orthodontics):** This on-site position involves delivering a positive clinical experience to all patients, which includes assisting with orthodontic appliance placement and removal, reviewing patient charts, performing laboratory procedures, and educating patients. Some dental/orthodontic experience is preferred. Dental Assistant, Radiography, and CPR certifications may be required. * **Orthodontic Assistant (Tripp Leitner Orthodontics):** This on-site position is for an Orthodontic Clinician I that requires assisting with appliance placement and removal, reviewing patient charts, performing laboratory procedures, and educating patients. Some dental or orthodontic industry experience is preferred. Dental Assistant, Radiography, and CPR certifications may be required.
