Shangri La is actively hiring for three distinct roles: 1. **Employment Specialist:** This on-site position in Salem, OR, involves providing individual support services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) pursuing community employment. Responsibilities include person-centered planning, discovery, skill assessment, and more. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with varying hours, including weekends and evenings, and on-call availability. The starting wage is $20.14 hourly, with a wage scale up to $25.48. A monthly monetary expectation of $5500.00 is required. 2. **Regional Support Specialist:** This on-site, full-time position is located in Salem. The role involves care of individuals with IDD residing in residential programs, implementing individual and behavior support plans, and direct care across multiple programs. The starting wage is $24.96 an hour. 3. **Behavioral Health Support Specialists - Salem:** This on-site position in Salem focuses on delivering services to individuals in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. Full-time and on-call relief positions are available. There are multiple shifts available, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. The starting wage is $20.14 an hour, with an additional $.75 per hour for night shifts, and a wage scale up to $24.50. The roles require skills in several areas. The Employment Specialist position requires experience with Person Centered Planning, Discovery, Skill Assessment, Job Training, Customized Employment, Job Retention, Networking, Sales, Training, Technology, Driving, Support Services, Community Employment, Mental Health, Health Services, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities. The Regional Support Specialist role requires experience with Direct Care, Support Plans, Behavior Support, Team Interface, Communication, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Adaptability. The Behavioral Health Support Specialist role utilizes skills in Behavioral Health, Mental Illness, Supportive Services, Personalized Service Plan, CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and the Oregon Intervention System. All three listed positions require on-site presence. The Employment Specialist role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a need for weekend and evening availability.
