About this role

Position info: 

The Behavioral Health Support Specialists is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the BHSS to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Experience in this position qualifies as experience for QMHA & QMHA 2 

New Program opening in Salem! 

Status: Full Time and On Call relief available.
Location: Salem
Shifts: 

Sunday – Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday – Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Thursday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday – Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Friday – Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday – Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (NOC)

Thursday – Saturday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (NOC)


Starting wage: $20.14 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour)
Wage Scale: $20.14 - $24.50
Reports to: Housing Manager


Requirements:
' High school graduate or equivalent.
' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
' Ability to pass background check screening
' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
