Rochester Sensors LLC is currently hiring for the following positions: * **Jr. Product Manager:** This on-site position is located in Coppell, Texas. The Jr. Product Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing a specific set of products within the company’s portfolio. The responsibilities include developing the product plan in conjunction with Engineering, supporting Product Change Notifications (PCNs), submitting requisitions for engineering product development programs, administering the inside sales function, managing forecast volumes and pricing, assisting with price increases, contributing to the development of the advertising and sales promotion plan, supporting the outside sales team, maintaining product data, and customer relationship management. A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or alternatively, 2+ years of experience in product management/marketing, is required. * **Product Manager/External Sales:** This on-site position requires a Product Line Manager I to manage and optimize a specific set of products within the company’s portfolio. This role involves developing a product plan with Engineering, administering the inside sales function, representing sales in project team meetings, managing forecast volumes and pricing, developing a marketing plan, devising new product introduction programs, publishing price increases, contributing to the advertising and sales promotion plan, supporting the outside sales team, maintaining product data, and customer relationship management. Required experience includes five or more years in Product Management/Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * **CNC III 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm):** This on-site role is for a CNC Machinist III. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming and operating a multi-axis CNC mill, developing programs in Mastercam, producing high-quality parts, maintaining the CNC machine, specifying tooling, collaborating with engineers, and estimating timelines. Required experience includes 5+ years of relevant experience, Mastercam experience, and an above-average aptitude for trigonometry, geometry, statistics, and algebra.
