The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors regarding all aspects of the OMR Festival. Responsibilities include enhancing the customer journey, assisting in the development of internal processes, collaborating with various OMR departments, maintaining the internal knowledge database, and providing on-site support. Requirements include a customer- and service-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work during the OMR Festival, including evenings and weekends. Experience with databases or ticketing systems is a plus. * **SENIOR GRAFIKDESIGNER*IN (m/w/d):** The Senior Grafikdesigner*in will be responsible for the visual design of OMR Reviews, collaborating with marketing, editorial, and product teams to create digital media and content. Key responsibilities include designing guides, white papers, creatives, and social media assets, ensuring brand consistency, and developing design workflows. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in graphic or communications design, proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, a strong understanding of information design and data visualization, and fluency in German and English.
