The company aims to unlock SMBs' potential by embedding financial services, starting with revenue-based financing, within platforms in Latin America. R2 is entering a new phase of growth following a strategic investment from Ant International. R2 is currently hiring for three positions: * **Senior Data Engineer (LatAm Only):** This is a remote, full-time position for which you must be located in São Paulo BR, Santiago CL, Buenos Aires Ar, or Bogotá CO. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining data pipelines and ELT processes, creating ingestion pipelines, building processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading, maintaining documentation of data architecture, implementing data models, automating systems, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Python, experience with ELT patterns, comfortable with data orchestration systems and data pipeline tools, an expert in SQL, proficient with git-based version control, and experience contributing to the architecture and design of data processing systems. * **Principal Product Manager:** This on-site role is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This senior individual contributor position involves owning complex product areas end-to-end, driving measurable business outcomes, and partnering with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Commercial teams. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, managing partner relationships, leading product discovery and delivery, prioritizing decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required qualifications include 10+ years of product management experience, experience in fintech or financial services, demonstrated ownership of complex products, experience working with Engineering, Data, and Risk teams, and excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese. * **Product Manager:** This on-site role is located in Sao Paulo, Santiago, or Buenos Aires. This position is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning complex product areas, driving business outcomes, and collaborating with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Commercial teams. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap, identifying product innovation opportunities, writing PRDs and user stories, and partnering with Engineering to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have 6–9+ years of product management experience, experience within fintech, lending, payments, or financial infrastructure, experience working with Engineering, Data, and Risk teams, and must be proficient in English. The technology stack for the Senior Data Engineer role includes Python, ELT, Airbyte, Fivetran, Data Orchestration, Airflow, SQL, Data Modeling, dbt, Git, Data Processing, Cloud Data Warehouses, AWS, and APIs. Product Management roles require experience with Fintech, Credit, Payments, Financial Infrastructure, Data Analysis, and other aspects of product strategy and execution. The Senior Data Engineer position is fully remote.
