The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. * **Operations Associate I:** This on-site position within the Finance department at Purdue Research Foundation involves processing Accounts Payable, managing the JP Morgan Paymentnet system, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with college coursework being preferred, along with one or more years of office experience. * **Senior Development Officer:** This on-site role is with the Purdue for Life Foundation in the Development department. The Senior Development Officer will develop and execute plans for fundraising, with an emphasis on major gifts. Key responsibilities include securing major gifts, supervising development staff, and developing advancement programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of fund development experience are required. The positions utilize a variety of technologies and skills, including: * **Digital Campaigns Project Specialist:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud, digital fundraising, email marketing, project management, audience segmentation, data analysis, communication, problem solving, collaboration, HTML, CSS, quality assurance, testing tools, campaign performance, crowdfunding platforms, and online auctions. * **Operations Associate I:** Confidentiality, judgment, communication skills, work ethic, and Microsoft Office. * **Senior Development Officer:** Philanthropy, fundraising, communication skills, relationship building, organizational skills, time management, problem solving, decision making, confidentiality, initiative, supervisory skills, creative thinking, data analysis, advancement communications, financial knowledge, and alumni relations. The Purdue Research Foundation offers a hybrid work environment for the Digital Campaigns Project Specialist, allowing for work on-site in West Lafayette, Indiana up to 3 days per week. The Operations Associate I and Senior Development Officer positions are on-site. **1.
