Responsibilities include treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, and discharge coordination. The Clinical Care Coordinator will also act as a liaison with managed care organizations and ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory standards. This position requires independent clinical licensure (LPC or LICSW). A Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field and 3–5 years of experience in community-based behavioral health settings are also required. * **Clinical Manager (Day Rehab 1610):** This on-site role provides clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for the Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Day Treatment/Day Rehabilitation programs. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for clinical oversight, program management, supervision, staff development, documentation, compliance, and utilization management. Applicants must have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active clinical licensure in the District of Columbia (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is also required.
