Precision Plumbing is currently hiring for the following on-site positions: * **Project Engineer:** The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing a logistics and tracking system for orders and deliveries, assisting with employee security, assisting with tool and equipment rentals/returns and tracking of rented equipment, developing a testing log and filing system for site testing, submittal and RFI review and tracking, participating in productivity tracking and forecasting, tracking current drawings and updates, change order pricing and development, quality assurance and control, and attending jobsite meetings as required. The Project Engineer must have excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle difficult situations under pressure. A high school diploma is required, and a four-year college degree in Construction Management is preferred. Preferred experience is 1-3 years. * **Estimator:** Precision Plumbing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Estimator. The Estimator will collaborate with the Senior Director of Estimating and Client Services to select jobs for bidding, prepare accurate proposals, and develop comprehensive job packages. The Estimator must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position requires a minimum of 2+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience. * **Field Supervisor:** The Field Supervisor serves as the first line of field supervision and is responsible for day-to-day management of job site activities per the contract. The Field Supervisor coordinates and monitors Precision Plumbing's resources and activities, as well as monitoring subcontractors and equipment rentals. The Field Supervisor must be detail-oriented, mature, and self-motivated. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. A minimum of five (5) years of plumbing industry supervisory experience is required, including at least two (2) years of commercial plumbing experience.
