Pioneer Resources is currently hiring for the following positions: * **Community Services Supervisor:** This on-site, part-time position involves overall administration, coordination, evaluation, and reporting for the Senior Recreation Programs and Leisure & Recreation Club programs. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, with variable hours may be required. The Community Services Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality services to individuals, engaging with community members, and focusing on solutions. An Associate’s degree in Human Service, Business Administration, or other equivalent degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years’ experience in the human service field. The position requires a valid Michigan driver’s license. This is a D.O.T. safety-sensitive position and is subject to a quarterly random drug screen if hired. Up to 25% travel is expected. * **Group CLS A:** This is a full-time, on-site position. The position provides Community Living Supports (CLS) to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, assisting in the achievement of community inclusion, independence, or productivity goals. Days and hours of work vary based on program needs, providing services Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. This position will implement goals identified in Person-Centered Plans, provide personal care, and facilitate community integration activities. A valid Michigan Chauffeur Driver License and a good driving record are required. This employee will be required to complete all required initial and update training. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs may be expected, with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. This is a D.O.T. safety-sensitive position and is subject to a quarterly random drug screen if hired. Travel is expected up to 5% for meetings, training, and conferences. * **Transportation Clerk / Dispatcher:** This on-site, part-time position works on average 20 hours a week, with additional hours possibly required. The standard work week is 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. This role involves clerical and logistics duties associated with transportation services. Essential functions include answering phones, scheduling, and providing support for drivers. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Two to Five years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a closely related field is preferred. Total travel expected to be less than 10%. This is a D.O.T. safety-sensitive position and is subject to a quarterly random drug screen if hired. The roles at Pioneer Resources utilize the following technologies: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other scheduling software programs. Also, candidates should have strong technology skills for utilizing multiple systems is required and will need to learn and operate a computerized transit routing system. All three positions are on-site. The Community Services Supervisor and the Transportation Clerk/Dispatcher positions are part-time, while the Group CLS A position is full-time. The Transportation Clerk/Dispatcher typically works in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting. The Group CLS A and Community Services Supervisor roles will spend time outdoors in a variety of climatic conditions.
