The Director - HR Operations will build, optimize, and scale HR processes, systems, and programs. Key responsibilities include leading HR Operations, ensuring compliance, managing HR technology, and leading the HR Operations team. The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $195,000 USD. The technology stack for the Staff Software Engineer position includes Python, gRPC, ZeroMQ, MQTT, OMG DDS, Kafka, REST API, Linux, C++, Concurrency, Docker, Kubernetes, SQLAlchemy, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Flask, and FastAPI. The Sales Director - Americas position involves experience with Sales Leadership and the Director - HR Operations position requires experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday is strongly preferred, and Excel and PowerPoint.
