Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for IT support requests, logging tickets, contributing to the IT knowledge base, and providing remote support. * **Medical Assistant 1:** This on-site role focuses on ensuring optimum patient care. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, providing patient education, performing medical procedures, and completing daily documentation. The positions utilize various technologies. The **Desktop Support Specialist 3** role involves Desktop Support, Technical Consulting, Network Security, Apple Hardware, Microsoft Products, TCP/IP, SFTP, SSH, OS Updates, Firewall Installation, Anti-Virus Software, Project Management, User Support, IT Security, Vendor Management, and Communication Management. The **IT Helpdesk Agent** role involves Customer Service, Technical Support, Microsoft Office 365, Help Desk Systems, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Proactive, Bilingual, Professionalism, User Experience, Ticket Management, Collaboration, and Training. The **Medical Assistant 1** utilizes Patient Care, Communication, Medical Procedures, Patient Education, Vital Signs, Screening Procedures, Specimen Collection, Wound Cleaning, BLS Certification, Injection Competency, Spanish Communication, Team Collaboration, Documentation, Follow-Up Care, Health Needs Assessment, and Patient Rooming. The Desktop Support Specialist 3, IT Helpdesk Agent, and Medical Assistant 1 positions are all on-site roles. 1. **What benefits does Petaluma Health Center offer full-time employees?** Full-time employees receive 21 days of paid time off, 10 observed holidays, medical insurance (with the entire deductible paid by the company), 30 chiropractor and acupuncture visits per year, dental insurance, vision insurance, gym membership discounts, 401K matching after one year of employment, a flexible spending account, dependent care FSA, life insurance, long-term disability, and an employee assistance program. 2. **What education and experience are required for the Desktop Support Specialist 3 position?** An Associate's degree or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Apple hardware and software is preferred, as well as knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft products. 3. **What certifications are required or preferred for the Desktop Support Specialist 3 role?** At least one of the following plus a valid California Driver License: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and ITIL Foundation Certification (ITIL-F). 4. **What are the key skills for the IT Helpdesk Agent position?** The IT Helpdesk Agent position requires the candidate to be comfortable using and learning new applications and technology, be detail-oriented, operate well under pressure, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills. 5. **What are the education/experience requirements for the IT Helpdesk Agent position?** A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year experience in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceDesk, Jira, Zendesk) is a plus. 6. **What qualifications are necessary to be considered for the Medical Assistant 1 position?** Applicants need to have satisfactory completion of an accredited medical assistant program in California, or documented equivalent training. Completed Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited organization (Medical Assistant Program/School) is required. Injection certifications and/or competency and a current BLS certification are also needed.
