The resort is located in the serene bay of Grikos, offering a premium experience of luxury and comfort. The resort is currently hiring for the summer season of 2026. Patmos Aktis has three on-site positions available: 1. **Σερβιτόροι / Σερβιτόρες Α’ (Waiters):** This role requires at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position. Candidates must possess excellent English language skills, with knowledge of a second foreign language being an advantage. Successful applicants will demonstrate professional appearance and conduct, a dynamic personality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include customer service, wine service, and maintaining a clean work environment. 2. **Front Office Agent:** The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service. This on-site position involves managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Applicants require a Hotel & Tourism Diploma or similar education and at least 2 years of front desk experience at a luxury hotel. Excellent communication skills in Greek and English are essential, and Opera hotel management software experience is beneficial. 3. **Νυχτερινός Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής (Night Auditor):** This on-site role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and addressing guest requests. Candidates must have experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel, possess excellent English skills, and have strong computer and hotel program knowledge (preferably Opera). Key responsibilities include handling the cash register, performing end-of-day processes, and managing reservations.
