We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Office Agent plays a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude. This position requires excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Front Office Agent will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience, from their arrival to their departure. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and handle any modifications or cancellations as needed.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Hotel & Tourism Diploma or similar education.
  • Previous 2 plus years of experience in a front desk at a Luxury hotel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Additional language is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and Opera hotel management software.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for providing exceptional service.
