Senior Manager, Paid Media:** This is a remote role for a Senior Manager, Paid Media and Partnerships. This position will be responsible for building out PartnerCentric’s media team. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating relationships with paid media partners, exploring emerging media and partner categories, translating client objectives into integrated paid media strategies, managing strategic media and platform relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and acting as an advocate for partners internally. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in paid media, partnerships, influencer, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years working directly in digital media planning, buying, or partner development. A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, and demonstrated experience operating as a player/coach are essential. **3. VP, Growth Marketing:** PartnerCentric, Inc. is looking for a remote VP, Growth Marketing to lead the company's growth engine. This role reports directly to the CEO. The VP will oversee brand, content, demand generation, and overall marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include leading PartnerCentric’s marketing organization across brand, content, and demand initiatives, building a multi-channel growth engine, and developing frameworks for channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles within a marketing agency, martech, or adtech. Experience with AEO/SEO and proven ability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity and quality of output is essential. PartnerCentric, Inc. utilizes several technologies in its operations.
