The Senior Technology Trainer functions as a Business Analyst with training and coaching expertise. Key responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys and departments to identify workflow inefficiencies, providing training on firm technologies like Microsoft 365 and legal applications, creating training materials, and fostering the adoption of automation tools. The role requires a minimum of five years of experience in IT training, business analysis, or digital adoption and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and job experience. Law firm experience is required. * **Legal Billing Specialist:** This on-site role is part of the Accounting & Finance team. The Legal Billing Specialist is responsible for providing billing and accounts payable support. The schedule consists of 7.5 hours per day, equating to 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime. Responsibilities include preparing client billing, communicating with clients, reviewing invoice submissions, and serving as a backup for accounting duties. A high school diploma/GED and a minimum of five years of Accounting experience in the legal industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience are required. * **Administrative Assistant / Legal Professional Assistant:** This on-site role provides administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys. The typical schedule consists of 7.5 hours per day equating to 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours required on occasion. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, performing administrative duties, and preparing legal documents. A High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a professional services industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience are required. A college degree is preferred. The roles utilize a variety of technologies. The Senior Technology Trainer will work with IT Training, Business Analysis, Digital Adoption, Microsoft 365, Litera, BigHand, Microsoft Copilot, CoCounsel, Westlaw Precision, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, Communication, Coaching, Analytical Mindset, Problem-Solving, and Project Management. The Legal Billing Specialist role requires experience with Billing Software, E-Billing, Accounting, Client Communication, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Teamwork, and Research. The Administrative Assistant / Legal Professional Assistant position utilizes Time Management, Organizational Abilities, Microsoft Office Suite, Written Communication, Oral Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, Office Equipment Operation, Problem Solving, Document Management, and Legal Document Preparation. The Senior Technology Trainer, Legal Billing Specialist, and Administrative Assistant / Legal Professional Assistant positions are all on-site roles.
