NWTC is actively hiring for the following roles: * **Part-Time Academic Tutor (Multiple Locations):** This on-site position involves tutoring students in various courses at NWTC locations in Green Bay, Marinette, Sturgeon Bay, and Shawano. Hours vary, including potential day and/or evening shifts. The hourly rate is $15.00. The start date will depend on the Coaching Assistant’s availability. Essential functions include providing academic support, collecting attendance, and maintaining a professional attitude. Current NWTC College students are encouraged to apply. The position reports to the Manager, Assessment and Academic Coaching. * **Community and Student Engagement Specialist:** This on-site position is located in Green Bay and requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. Availability for additional hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm; 8:00am – 5:00pm) during peak periods. The starting pay range is $22.90 - $24.69 per hour. This role involves providing clear communication and support to customers, assisting students with enrollment services, and participating in recruitment and retention initiatives. An Associate's Degree and two years of related experience are required. The position reports to the Manager, Community and Student Engagement. * **Emergency Medical Services Instructor - Grant Funded:** This on-site position, located in Green Bay, requires flexibility in scheduling, including day, night, or weekend classes. The salary range is $61,447 - $64,681 per year based on a standard 176-day, full-time obligation. This position is grant-funded through June 30, 2027. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, utilizing engaging instructional strategies, providing student feedback, and engaging with industry. The instructor will provide education in Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, and/or Paramedic. At a minimum, one year of paramedicine related experience must be within the last 5 years. This position requires the ability to obtain a State of WI EMS Instructor II license. This position reports to the Associate Dean, Public Safety.
