The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will need to have experience in digital marketing channels, knowledge of wealth management, understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, and demonstrate an ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a closely related field, 5 or more years of progressive marketing experience, and 2 or more years of digital marketing experience are required. * **Tax Operations Associate:** The Tax Operations Associate supports the tax team by managing operational workflow, assembly, and delivery of tax returns. Responsibilities include assembling and finalizing federal, state, and local tax returns, managing e-filing processes, and supporting the tax team throughout the tax return lifecycle. Candidates must have experience with tax return assembly and filing processes, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in tax operations, tax administration, or tax support roles, and direct experience using the Thomson Reuters tax software suite are required. * **Tax Senior:** The Tax Senior prepares and reviews complex individual, trust, and business tax returns while ensuring compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, analyzing financial data, and staying current with tax codes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency with tax software are required. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation are required.
