Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, employee experience and engagement, People Operations, performance management, and office management for the Buenos Aires office. Requirements include a degree in Human Resources or a related field, +5 years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP/HR Generalist, excellent interpersonal skills, and an advanced level of English.
