The primary goal of this role is to build, lead, and scale the entire Marketing function at Minders, positioning the company as a leading reference in Martech, Product Growth, Experimentation, and Lifecycle Marketing in Latin America, and turning Marketing into a direct engine for pipeline generation and regional growth.
