Responsibilities include answering and responding to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints; providing information and advising on possible remedies; recording details in a CMMS system; and following up on inquiries. The representative will also research and resolve Dig Rite tickets, dispatch emergency complaints, and prepare various documents and reports. Shift work with flexibility to work additional shifts/extended hours as needed is required, along with routine off-site visits. **Civil Engineer Senior:** This on-site role involves performing complex, advanced civil engineering work. The Civil Engineer Senior will investigate customer complaints, sewer separation requests, and stormwater issues. Responsibilities include providing information to the public and governmental officials, managing the Sewer Separation Program, providing CCTV review, investigating sewer problems, and making recommendations for maintenance and rehabilitation. This position may involve overseeing an engineering team and coordinating communications between other divisions within MSD.
