The role involves performing accounting functions for chapters utilizing Shared Financial Services, ensuring accurate and timely financial recording. Key responsibilities include posting donations, reviewing check requests, preparing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and may require some travel. 2. **Lead Manager, Salesforce Administration & Support:** This remote position has a salary range of $77,000 - $89,700 USD. This role supports the Salesforce ecosystem by working with Salesforce professionals and IT personnel to ensure business needs are met. The Lead Manager will be responsible for managing the internal Salesforce support queue, providing administration of Salesforce environments, and partnering with internal and third-party teams for development and testing. Key requirements include experience as a Salesforce administrator, the ability to interpret business needs, and a Salesforce Admin Certification. 3. **Senior Manager, Learning, Development and Culture:** This remote position has a salary range of $98,265 - $132,946 USD. This role is responsible for the enterprise-level learning and development strategy for Make-A-Wish leaders, employees, and other target audiences. This individual will build leadership experiences, leveraging digital solutions, to develop the skills and mindset to lead at all levels. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development and Instructional Design experience.
