Magik has served over 10 million customers and is currently a healthy nine-figure company. Magik is currently hiring for three open positions. These roles are remote. **1. Graphic Designer - DTC Health and Wellness:** This long-term consulting role requires a Graphic Designer with a focus on direct-response visual storytelling and conversion-focused ecommerce design. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing landing pages, sales pages, ecom sites, and other marketing materials that drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and CRO principles. **2. Payment Processing Specialist:** This full-time role focuses on optimizing the merchant account (MID) portfolio and payment infrastructure across direct-to-consumer funnels. Responsibilities include monitoring merchant accounts, transaction routing and load balancing, risk and compliance coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payment processing or merchant services for high-volume e-commerce or DTC businesses. **3. Payment Processing Lead:** Similar to the Payment Processing Specialist, this full-time role is an expert-level position focused on owning and optimizing the merchant account (MID) portfolio and end-to-end payment infrastructure. The Payment Processing Lead will oversee MID portfolio management, transaction routing, risk and compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in payment processing, merchant services, or payments operations for high-volume e-commerce or DTC businesses.
