About the Company
Londonderry Village is a nonprofit life plan community based in Palmyra and affiliated with the Church of the Brethren. It was established in 1979, and is presently home to nearly 600 residents living on a growing campus of over 150 acres. Londonderry Village is known for its vibrant activities, resident volunteerism and philanthropy, strong finances, and for successfully operating six Green Houses as part of its health care offerings. The Green Houses are stand-alone homes that accommodate up to 10 residents per home.
