Liquid Church is currently hiring for the following positions: * **Special Needs Inclusion & Curriculum Coordinator:** This hybrid role focuses on creating an inclusive culture and opportunities for kids with special needs at the Morris campus. The coordinator will lead the Buddy Program, support families, and develop adaptive curriculum materials. This full-time position requires Sunday service attendance and a minimum of two in-person office days, with meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the central office in Parsippany, totaling 40 hours. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and encouraging Buddies and Buddy Coaches; pairing and scheduling buddies with kids each week; and communicating with parents to confirm weekly attendance. * **Creative Producer:** This on-site role involves bringing creative vision to life through hands-on execution and production leadership. The Creative Producer will work across all aspects of the creative ministry, including vision, branding, live experiences, events, and systems. The position reports to the Creative Arts Pastor and requires a full-time, Sunday-Thursday schedule. Responsibilities include translating vision, theology, and messaging into cohesive creative expressions; supporting the planning, production, and design of services, environments, and events; and owning day-to-day production for creative projects by building and managing project plans, timelines, logistics, and workflows. * **Care Pastor:** The Care Pastor is responsible for the central oversight of the Spiritual Care System. This on-site, full-time position will support the Discipleship Pastor in counseling and leading the spiritual support system. The schedule is generally Sunday-Thursday for a total of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing central support for training, maintenance, and development of the Campus Prayer Team System; providing oversight and coordination of the Baptism system and services; and providing central oversight and support for weddings and funeral services.
