The Customer Success Specialist will work to engage customers, share best practices, identify opportunities, and ensure customers understand the value of Linxup's solutions. Essential functions include delivering positive customer experiences, working with clients to establish goals, managing expectations, serving as an internal and external advocate, building relationships, monitoring customer health, and proactively engaging with customers. Qualifications include a 3+ year work history in customer success or similar roles within a SaaS organization, strong time management skills, and effective communication abilities.
