KREWE is currently hiring for three distinct roles: * **Senior Manager/Director Supply Chain Operations:** This hybrid position requires the individual to support the Senior Director and act as the primary liaison between the US and international manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects are on time, designing and refining processes, encouraging adoption through accountability, building manufacturing workflows, working closely with Design, Planning, and Sales channels, creating operating cadences, developing KPIs, and retraining team members. The role requires 5-7 years of experience designing and managing international supply chain operating models and experience working with international manufacturing partners, ideally in China and/or SE Asia. Additional requirements include the ability to translate between Creative, Design, Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales channels, familiarity with manufacturing product concepts, strong written communication skills, proficiency in Project Management Tools (smartsheet, Monday.com), ERP systems (preference for Netsuite), and Product Lifecycle Management tools. The role requires the ability to be in New Orleans 1+ times per month (if based in New York) and to travel in region for extended stays once per quarter as needed. The salary for New York-based candidates is up to $135,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. * **Videographer:** This is an on-site position. The Videographer will capture high-quality video content for various purposes, including campaigns and product launches, edit and deliver video assets, and collaborate with the Creative team. Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in videography or a related field, a strong portfolio, working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro, familiarity with LUTs, scopes, and advanced color grading workflows, and comfort shooting with professional cameras and iPhone. * **Part-Time Sales Specialist, 619 Key holder:** This is an on-site, part-time position. The Sales Specialist will be based in the 619 Royal St. Flagship store. Responsibilities include leading the sales cycle, working with retail partners, setting and reaching daily goals, maintaining brand standards, acting as a style advisor, and providing a unique customer experience. Qualifications include advanced knowledge of fashion trends and eyewear, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment. The Senior Manager/Director Supply Chain Operations role requires experience with: Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Process Design, Manufacturing Workflows, KPI Development, Team Training, Communication, ERP Systems, Product Lifecycle Management, International Manufacturing, Creative Design, Planning, and Sales Channels. The position also requires accountability and workflow documentation knowledge. The Videographer role requires experience with: Videography, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Color Grading, Lighting, Composition, Social Media Content, and the ability to collaborate. KREWE offers a hybrid work arrangement for the Senior Manager/Director Supply Chain Operations position.
