About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Director and acts as the primary liaison between the US and international manufacturing teams, ensuring projects are running on time according to the company T&A
  • Provides structure and designs process, turning “how we’ve always done it” into reviewed, refined, and documented processes that ensure repeatable workflows
  • Encourages adoption by following systems and cadence that foster accountability amongst the broader team
  • Build processes including: End-to-end manufacturing workflows, clear responsibilities by function, and operating SOPs
  • Work closely with Design, Planning, and Sales channels
  • Create operating cadence including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly rhythms and touchpoints
  • Develop KPIs tied to process compliance
  • Retrain team members as needed and assist in enforcing ownership

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years designing and managing international supply chain operating models
  • Experience working with international manufacturing partners, ideally in China and/or SE Asia
  • Ability to translate cleanly between Creative, Design, Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales channels
  • Familiarity with manufacturing product concepts, ideally in hard goods
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with a wide range of functional areas, including creative, design, manufacturing, and familiarity with manufacturing and production concepts
  • Strong written communicator
  • Highly proficient in Project Management Tools (smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.), ERP systems (preference for Netsuite), and Product Lifecycle Management tools, with a track record of implementation
  • Ability to be in New Orleans 1+ times per month (if based in New York) and to travel in region  for extended stays once per quarter as needed

Salary (for New York only): Up to $135,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. 

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
