This position requires working Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm and requires availability on some evenings and weekends. * **Community Support Associate (Adults) (KRCC – Knott County Health & Wellness Center):** This full-time, on-site position is located at the Knott County Health & Wellness Center. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED with one year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a behavioral health disorder. A valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience is also required. The position requires completing documentation in EMR within 24 hours of service delivery and conducting activities necessary to allow individuals to live with maximum independence. * **Peer Support Specialist (KRCC - Perry County - Substance Use Disorder):** This is a full-time, on-site role within the Perry Outpatient Substance Use Disorder program.
