This position requires working Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm and requires availability on some evenings and weekends. * **Community Support Associate (Adults) (KRCC – Knott County Health & Wellness Center):** This full-time, on-site position is located at the Knott County Health & Wellness Center. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED with one year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a behavioral health disorder. A valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience is also required. Primary functions include teaching clients various skills such as accessing community resources, medication adherence, and interpersonal skills. The position requires completing documentation in EMR within 24 hours of service delivery and conducting activities necessary to allow individuals to live with maximum independence. * **Peer Support Specialist (KRCC - Perry County - Substance Use Disorder):** This is a full-time, on-site role within the Perry Outpatient Substance Use Disorder program. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of sustained recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder. The position requires the ability to operate basic office and electronic devices. Key responsibilities include participating in treatment teams, implementing recovery plans, serving as a role model, and providing advocacy services.
