Responsibilities include creating an efficient and welcoming environment, engaging customers, and producing quality food. Key focuses are teamwork, the six key points of service, the six key points of production, cleanliness, and productivity. Key responsibilities include maintaining good relationships with the shop's team, balancing workload across the team, and working in any area, including the front of house and kitchen. Team Members must have a good knowledge of Pret standards in all areas of the shop and understand the importance of Hot Chef and Barista roles. A TM Star acts as a role model, demonstrating Pret knowledge. Additional responsibilities include acting as an ambassador to the local community, participating in community events, completing TM and TM* training, adhering to financial standards on tills, and driving sales through local initiatives. This on-site role is similar to the Full Time Team Member position, focusing on teamwork, customer engagement, food production, cleanliness, and productivity. A Pret Team Member or Team Member Star works as part of a team in a Pret shop. Key responsibilities are the same as the full-time role and include creating an efficient and welcoming environment and producing quality food, focusing on teamwork, 6 key points of service, 6 key points of production, cleanliness, and productivity. A TM Star acts as a role model, demonstrating Pret knowledge. Additional responsibilities include acting as an ambassador to the local community, participating in community events, completing TM and TM* training, and adhering to financial standards on tills, and supporting sales growth. This on-site role is for a Team Member or Team Member Star, working in the kitchen and front of house. Team Members are responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming environment, engaging customers, and producing great quality Pret food. Key focuses include teamwork, the six key points of service, the six key points of production, cleanliness, and productivity. They must maintain good relationships with the shop’s team, balance workload across the team, work in various areas as requested by the manager, and ensure the front of house and kitchen operations are at their best. Knowledge of Pret standards and the importance of Hot Chef and Barista roles are essential. The role also involves adhering to health & safety and food safety standards. TM Stars consistently demonstrate high performance and serve as role models, including high till speed and accuracy. The roles involve using technologies related to teamwork, customer service and engagement, food production, cleanliness, and productivity. Other skills utilized include coffee making, communication, sales growth, community engagement, Pret Standards, role modeling, stock management, training, ambassadorial duties, quality control, initiative, and efficiency. All currently available positions are on-site. 1. **What are the key responsibilities of a Team Member at Joup Pret?** The key responsibilities include maintaining good relationships with the shop’s team, taking on jobs to balance workload, working in any area as requested by the manager, and working together to ensure the front of house and kitchen are the best they can be. 2. **What is the role of a TM Star?** A TM Star acts as a role model to other Team Members by demonstrating Pret knowledge. 3. **What are the six key points of production?** The six key points of production include creating delicious food according to Pret standards in an efficient, safe environment, ensuring stock is rotated and used according to standards and being a knowledgeable and fully coffee maker who promotes the importance of coffee quality and standards. 4. **What are the expectations regarding food safety?** Team Members are responsible for following Food Safety Standards and Health and Safety standards. They complete all training to understand and follow Pret standards and safety processes at all times and immediately tell their Manager when standards or processes are not being met.
