Support Produit France, Lyon:** The Support Produit France role is a hybrid position where the employee will serve as a primary contact between IXON and its French clients. Key responsibilities include providing first and second-level technical support, testing hardware defects, translating customer needs into feature requests, creating demonstration environments, updating the knowledge base, and providing product training. Candidates should have a technical diploma, 3-5 years of experience in technical support, experience in Networking, IT, or ESN, native French and strong English skills, and live within 30 km of Saint-Priest. Experience in automation, IIoT or SaaS is a plus. **2. Solutions Engineer France, Lyon:** As a Solutions Engineer, you will report directly to the Sales Manager France within the sales team. Key responsibilities include providing local technical support, understanding and communicating complex technical concepts, adopting a solution-selling approach, and working independently. The position requires a Bac +4/5 degree in engineering or computer science, 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Automation, IIoT, or SaaS, native French and professional to fluent English, and reside within 30km of Saint-Priest. **3. Chargé(e) de Marketing France, Lyon:** The Chargé(e) de Marketing France will report to the Sales Manager France, playing a key role in expanding IXON’s presence in France. This position involves developing and implementing marketing activities, supporting the new French sales office, interacting with stakeholders, and collaborating with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience, a Bac +4/5 degree in business or marketing, experience in the general industrial sector, native French and professional English, and live within 30 km of Saint-Priest.
