This is what energises you

As a Solution Engineer, you will report directly to the Sales Manager France within the sales team. Your mission is to bridge the gap between commercial needs and the technical possibilities of our platform.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting French Expansion: Providing local technical support to overcome language barriers and accelerate IXON’s adoption in France.

• Technical Expertise: Understanding and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solution Selling: Adopting a solution-selling approach to resolve specific customer challenges.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Working independently in a start-up environment, taking initiative, and proposing innovative ideas.

This makes you successful 

You possess a hybrid profile, combining a solid technical background with the natural communication skills needed to support the sales process.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• Education: A Bac +4/5 degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience: A Mid profile with 5+ years of experience.

• Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge in Automation, IIoT, or SaaS (at least one of these fields).

• Languages: Native French speaking and Professional to fluent English.

• Location: You live within a 30km drive of Saint-Priest, to regularly join our french office. (our office will be ready as soon as we hire our first local team members).

• A valid driving license

• Personal Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, team spirit, and high autonomy.
