The pay rate starts at $4.00/hr. * **System Administrator I Onsite (Detroit, MI):** This on-site role involves providing both on-site and remote IT support. The **System Administrator I International** and **System Administrator I Onsite (Detroit, MI)** positions are on-site roles, either at the company office or client locations. The **Service Coordinator (International)** position is a remote role and requires a home office setup with specific hardware and software requirements, including a working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, stable internet, audio equipment, a mobile device, and an HD webcam. 1. **What are the required qualifications for the System Administrator I roles?** Both System Administrator I roles require experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, Server 2016 through 2025, VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization, supporting M365 and Azure, a minimum of three years of experience in IT Support or a similar role, basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, and Network architecture, and proficiency in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle are also required. Active Server Certifications are preferred. 2. **What are the key responsibilities of the Service Coordinator role?** The Service Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls, coordinating support tickets, ensuring accurate ticket details, coordinating the dispatch of onsite resources, auditing and closing completed tickets, performing follow-ups, and using ConnectWise to manage service tickets.
