HME Companies is currently hiring for three positions. **Construction Superintendent (Mitchell, SD):** The Construction Superintendent will manage on-site operations for a Senior Living construction project. This role requires overseeing daily on-site construction activities, coordinating labor, subcontractors, and materials, and enforcing job site safety programs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring construction schedules, resolving field issues, ensuring quality control, maintaining project documentation, and acting as the primary on-site contact. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or a similar field supervisory role. A strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, safety standards, and job site logistics is required. Proficiency with construction management software like Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred. OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver's license are also required. **IT Support Specialist:** The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for end users across the company’s development offices and senior living communities. Responsibilities include providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile device problems, and provisioning and configuring laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, and VOIP phones. The IT Support Specialist will also monitor and manage IT Help Desk tickets, assist with software installations, train employees on computer equipment, and document issues and resolutions. 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience is preferred. The Construction Superintendent role involves working with construction management software, including Buildertrend and Bluebeam, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. The IT Support Specialist will work with various software and hardware technologies. Both Construction Superintendent positions are on-site roles.
