Hickam Communities LLC is seeking candidates for the following positions: * **MHS General Maintenance Technician:** This on-site position involves performing maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems and equipment. Technicians may specialize as a COM (Change of Occupancy Maintenance) or resident service request technician or may be utilized to respond to multiple types of work orders. The primary responsibilities include responding to service calls, completing COM work and other property maintenance requirements, and more. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of previous work-related experience. Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades is a must. The MHS General Maintenance Technician will provide tools and equipment necessary to perform their daily job duties; however, the following items are some examples of technician provided tools and equipment including basic hand tools, trade-specific hand tools, small power tools. * **MHS Special Projects Technician (on-call):** This on-site, on-call role requires the technician to work Sunday through Wednesday, reporting to work at 1:00 pm. Responsibilities include responding to and completing on-call after-hour emergency and urgent repairs, performing light construction, responding to service calls, and completing property maintenance requirements. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 1-3 years of previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, recon work, or a specialized trade. * **MHS COM Coordinator:** This on-site position focuses on coordinating and facilitating the administration of Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COMs). The role involves scheduling and coordinating COM work, verifying labor and parts entries in work orders, ensuring communication between the maintenance department and community/leasing offices, and generating and reviewing maintenance reports. The requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of previous administrative experience, and experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications.
