Project Manager Chapter Lead AI Enablement:** This hybrid role involves shaping and leading the scalable adoption of AI across the organization. Responsibilities include defining the organizational AI vision, analyzing business processes for AI opportunities, developing an AI initiative roadmap, and overseeing project execution. Candidates need 9+ years of project or program management experience, including recent experience leading AI/ML-related initiatives. Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, experience with building or contributing to an AI roadmap, and PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile certification (or equivalent) are required. **2. Project Support Specialist:** The Project Support Specialist will assist in the deployment of global capability programs across multiple markets. This role involves coordinating and supporting program rollouts, engaging with market representatives, tracking progress, and analyzing program data. Candidates must have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong self-motivation, and solid analytical skills. **3. Project Manager - Innovation:** This hybrid role requires leading an international innovation project. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the project, managing deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Candidates should have proven project management experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience managing international projects.
