We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Specialist to assist in the deployment of global capability programs across multiple markets. This role combines coordination, communication, and analytical work - ensuring that each market is well-briefed, supported, and aligned throughout the rollout process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect key performance data, and help assess the business impact of the initiatives you support.

YOU WILL

  • Support and coordinate the deployment of capability programs across markets.
  • Engage directly with market representatives - organize briefings, share program details, and align on governance processes.
  • Provide access to program materials, tools, and assets needed for smooth deployment.
  • Track progress, collect both business and operational KPIs, and consolidate reports for global visibility.
  • Analyze program data to assess business outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Development, IT, Operations) to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong self-motivation and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Solid analytical skills - ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience in supporting projects or programs within an international or matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
