The Quality Assurance Registered Nurse will be accountable for reviewing, editing and completing quality documentation of patient medical documentation, ensuring all regulatory and best practice quality documentation, survey readiness of documentation, measuring, monitoring, and managing quality of patient documentation, as well as achievement of key performance indicators. The position involves reviewing documentation of care center staff members, ensuring the assignment of clinical pathways, and resolving documentation issues. Requirements include a nursing degree, a current nursing license, knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and one or more years of nursing experience in a Hospice or Home Health environment. * **Customer Support Specialist, II (Bob Hogue Real Estate):** This is a remote position requiring 40 working hours per week. This role is responsible for providing assistance and support for the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate support team and student base. The candidate will monitor all incoming phone activity, providing enrollment assistance to students and general information for all real estate study programs. In addition, the candidate will mentor new hires and assist the Management team by performing general staff evaluations for quality control. They will provide administrative and clerical support for the school business office and assist the management team and Instructor staff with specific duties related to class delivery. Minimum requirements include some college, interpersonal and customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking and organizational skills, the ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily, and time-management skills.
