Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is currently looking to fill the following positions: * **Cashier:** This on-site role involves general store duties such as operating a cash register, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Cashier may also be cross-trained in sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise. Essential duties include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate cash handling, and keeping the sales floor organized. The position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends. The role requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending over, crouching, kneeling, reaching overhead, balancing, and lifting and carrying. The employee will be required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. * **Assistant Team Leader:** This is an on-site position supporting the Store Team Leader in processing and merchandising donations and new merchandise. The Assistant Team Leader also acts as Leader on Duty (LOD), ensuring safety, sales, production, and other standards are maintained. This role involves managing production and merchandising, developing merchandise displays, maintaining security, and assisting with store operations. The position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends. The role requires the physical demands of sitting, standing, walking, bending over, crawling, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, balancing and lifting and carrying. The employee will be required to lift or carry up to 100 lbs. * **Store Team Leader:** This is an on-site position managing the day-to-day operations of a Goodwill retail store, ensuring safety, sales, production, and other standards are met. Responsibilities include fiscal, operational, people, and loss prevention functions of assigned stores. This role involves managing financial and operational aspects, delivering results against key metrics, training team members, ensuring customer service, and managing store activities. The role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends. The role requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending over, crawling, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and lifting and carrying. The employee will be required to lift or carry up to 100 lbs.
