Responsibilities include completing paperwork, supervising employees, monitoring cash handling and inventory, performing administrative duties, and ensuring store safety and gasoline levels. The salary range for this role is between $20 and $23 USD. * **Food Service Supervisor:** These on-site positions involve directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching team members, ensuring food safety, taking guest orders, ordering supplies, inventory, cash register transactions and ensuring all department personnel use proper safety equipment and procedures. The salary range for this role is between $16.50 and $19.50 USD. * **Food Service Associate:** These on-site positions are for the deli clerk. Responsibilities include operating cash registers, preparing and cooking food service items, ensuring sanitation, taking guest orders and product preparation. The salary range for this role is between $15.68 and $18.89 USD. The job descriptions mention various skills and technologies used in these roles. Interviews are conducted virtually and in person, depending on the role. 4. **Are there age requirements for some positions?** Yes, applicants must be at least 16 years old for the Food Service Associate position and at least 18 years old for the Assistant Store Manager and Food Service Supervisor positions. 5. **Are there any certifications required for the Food Service Supervisor position?** Serv-safe certification is preferred for the Food Service Supervisor position. 6. **What skills are needed for the Guest Service Associate/Cashier position?** The Guest Service Associate/Cashier position requires the ability to perform basic computer functions, the ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs, and to perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
