Gentell currently has three open positions. * **Director, Application Software:** This on-site role involves leading a custom software development team, refining systems to improve patient outcomes, and managing applications related to Medicare and insurance claims processing. This position involves overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance, as well as involvement in AI projects. Key responsibilities include leading development teams in the US and India, overseeing the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Azure-native and hybrid applications, working with product managers on Figma UI, and versioning and storing gold copies of company's source code for all custom apps. The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse:** Gentell is seeking licensed nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, or LPNs for on-site positions. Two positions are available, one in the Las Cruces area and the other in the West Palm Beach area. Responsibilities include assisting long-term care facilities with wound assessments, treatment decisions, and the monitoring of wound care product utilization. Candidates will also be responsible for understanding Medicare documentation guidelines, educating facility staff, and ordering products through the “FastCare” system. The ideal candidate will have exemplary customer service and sales skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be a self-starter. Travel to facilities is required, with day travel and some overnights expected. The Director, Application Software role requires expertise in **Microsoft Azure services** and cloud-native architecture. Experience is needed with modern development stacks such as .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular. Additionally, the role requires experience with DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform. The Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse roles involve the use of wound care products. The Director, Application Software position is an on-site role. The Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse positions are also on-site, requiring travel to various facilities within the designated territories (Las Cruces or West Palm Beach areas).
