We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically proficient Director of Application Software to lead our custom software development team. You will refine and create systems that improve patients’ lives and process claims through Medicare and major insurance companies. You will also be involved in our AI projects to provide wound care information to the world. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring our technology solutions are innovative, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
· Lead full-stack development teams in US and India.
· Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Azure-native and hybrid applications.
· Work with product managers to design and incorporate Figma UI.
· Version and store gold copies of company’s source code for all custom apps
· Meet business goals and target dates for new features
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
· Hands-on experience with modern development stacks: .NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, etc.
· Experience with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ARM templates.
· Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
