GDM is currently hiring for three on-site positions: * **BR CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST I:** This role involves managing the complete order cycle, from entry to delivery and invoicing. Responsibilities include customer and internal area support, monitoring order status, developing reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants need a degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience in Customer Service, data analysis, and process improvement is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools, and intermediate Spanish are beneficial. * **BR PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST II:** This role involves production planning based on sales forecasts. The analyst will be responsible for the MRP, managing purchasing, and overseeing production processes. This includes preparing and monitoring subcontracting processes. Candidates should have a degree in Production Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in production planning and control (PCP), MRP, and knowledge of production/processing, inventory control, and purchasing are required. Experience with ERP systems (SAP is desirable) and knowledge of MAPA regulations and subcontracting/tolling processes are beneficial. * **BR CORN RESEARCH ASSISTANT II:** This role involves the implementation, execution, and harvesting of experimental trials, as well as activities related to the corn breeding program. The assistant will operate agricultural machinery following research area procedures. Requirements include a completed Technical Agricultural degree or a degree in Agronomy (in progress). Experience in experimentation and with agricultural machinery is necessary. The position requires the candidate to reside in Passo Fundo/RS, Brazil, and have a driver's license (CNH – B). Availability for travel is also required. GDM uses several technologies, including: Customer Service tools, Data Analysis platforms, Process Improvement methodologies, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Contract Management tools, communication platforms, Performance Indicators, Logistics systems, and tools supporting Operational Efficiency. Additional relevant technology used includes Agricultural Machinery, and ERP Systems. The company also requires knowledge of Agronomy, Plant Genetics, and Agricultural Regulations. All three positions available are on-site.
