This role requires partnering with Design and Engineering teams, including offshore engineering teams in India. Candidates should possess 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, and strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms. Experience in building or scaling integration ecosystems or marketplaces is also desired. **3. Customer Support Specialist:** This role involves providing technical assistance to end users and responding to incident and request escalations. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex technical issues, providing follow-up status, managing a queue of issues, tracking workloads, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must have 1-5 years of experience in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role. This position requires working a 10 AM to 7 PM EST shift with a 60-minute break. The company is considering candidates local to the Virginia HQ and those based on the West Coast.
